The certification outlines a process approach to implementing and supporting a Quality Management System, wherein our top management is intensively involved. This in turn lays down the path for future improvement and evolution of current work models. Our organization is focused towards the Quality Goals more than ever before. The top management layer continuously assesses data and tracks the progress or lack of it towards goals and takes appropriate action. Thus, the organized and scheduled process of conducting this management review ensures that this evaluation takes place. This system provides the mechanism of reviewing goals and performance against goals on a scheduled basis and taking action based on this evaluation.
