What is a passport drive?
Passport drives are portable hard drives that can transport your important digital files from one place to another. It comes in an ultra portable and sleek size like a passport so that you can carry or transfer huge amount of data.

Where can I buy a passport drives?
Passport drives are available at any computer hardware outlet and can also be bought online.

What are the sizes of passport drives that are commonly available?
80, 120, 160, 250 and 360GB.
Wedding images comes with the size of 8-10MB, which means 25GB for approximately 2500 images.

How can passport drives be formatted?
To format your drive, right click on the drive listed in explorer and format.

Are passport drives PC and Mac compatible?
Yes, Passport Drives both PC and MAC compatible, please verify before purchasing.

How can folders be created in a passport drive?
You have to open the drive and right click on it to create a folder. You can even copy and paste files onto the drive directly.

How do I get my completed images back?
We will return the images via the same medium in which we receive the batch, i.e. DVD, Hard Drive, etc.
Alternative media for delivery are:
•  CD: $1.50 each (unless included with the job)
•  DVD: $ 3.00 each (unless included with the job)
•  Hard Drive (for larger batches): No additional charge but drive must be supplied along with batch.

WHAT IS FTP?
FTP or File Transfer Protocol is used to transfer files over the internet, from one computer/server to another.
FTP works very similarly to the way web pages work. Each file on an FTP server is given an address (URL) so that other computers connected to the internet can find it. Users can then either use an FTP client or most web browsers to either download or upload files to the server. Examples of FTP Client software include CuteFTP, Fetch, etc.

What type of Raw file formats can JaincoTech process?

SECURITY
Images are secure and backup once they have arrived at our facility. During transit clients must insure their packages. We recommend you use a trackable method of shipping like  FedEx or UPS for delivery.

HOW DO I PAY?
All payments will be accepted before the job is processed. Payments can be made by Check, Credit Card (MasterCard or Visa), or PayPal. The payment should be included with the shipment.  Payment method should be indicated on the order form, by selecting a method of payment you agree to the respective terms and fees associated with that payment method.

Check payment:
Checks payable to JaincoTech.  If paying by check, payment must be included along with the batch.

Credit Card Payment:
Please fill in the Credit Card Authorization form (will be kept on record for deposit)
Transaction fee of 7.0% applicable on the total invoice value (to be added to the amount of payment due).

PayPal:
Transaction fee of 2.9% plus $0.30 applicable on the total invoice value (to be added to the amount of payment due).
Payments by PayPal are suggested if payment due is $1200 or less.  A PayPal link will be sent to you via e-mail.
